  • TS Series Corona Treating Equipment

For use on film or foam, with 1 to 8 kW power supplies, TS style treaters allow for a higher level of sophistication than our "T" style treaters. All while still maintaining lower costs.

The "TS" has the ability for two side treatment, or to treat one side twice. Treating one side twice, provides a high treatment level, with a low amount of power applied to the material.

  • TH Series Corona Treating Equipment

Corona treatment is the application of a high frequency corona discharge to a material so that adhesives, inks and coatings can be applied to the material. Corona equipment is installed in a place that's aligned with the laminating, printing, or coating process. A corona treater can also be directly installed over the cast film or blown film expeller. One of the major benefits of installing a corona treater on an extruder is that new material is more impressible to the treatment.

  • Plasma Treating Equipment

    Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet

    • Use of plasma technology the surface energies of plastics, metals or glass are multiplied by a significant factor. In this way the surfaces become receptive to process steps such as coating, applying print or adhesive bonding.
    • Plasma beam can be up to 50 mm in length and achieve a treatment width of 15 mm at speeds of 5 to 300 mm/min relative to the surface of the material to be treated.
